Sadly the courier was not so - left package (cardboard box) in back garden in the open and it was raining heavily - luckily we have helpful neighbours so when we got notification of the delivery we were able to contact them and they rescued it.

Now onto the product first the packaging was OK the item shook around the box but the figure wasn't damaged in anyway overall I give the service and product a 3.75/5
