  I live outside the United States, but the shop claimed the post office was having trouble due to U.S. customs duties and unilaterally canceled my item without any consultation. I immediately informed them my address was not in the U.S. and repurchased the relisted item, but they said they had sold it to someone else. Possibly the post office excuse was a lie, and the shop had internal priorities. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Slow to respond and an untrust worthy shop.

  I have been liaising with this buyer and offered to cut another similar opal for him and he seemed happy with suggestion. I also offered a substantial discount. I try to help when at all possible.
