    The screen henge is shot, which makes the screen fall backward when using on your lap. It's annoying to use.

    Shipping was fast, packaging was nice and secure and the computer was in good condition, I was impressed that it looked new besides the very minor scratches that you would have to stating to see. The only negative I have is that I can’t get some of the apps I like to use like “pages” or browsers like Google chrome because it’s a Catalina and I was not knowledgeable about the difference in software. I thought the price point was good and affordable for my budget and a nice looking Apple compute.
