  The wrong item was shipped to me and the waist trainer tore before any of my customers could wear it. The products were dry rotted and old. Seller refuse to give refund not even a partial refund for their negligence of a poor quality product. Also the description said medium waist trainers an it came with mixed sizes. I wouldn't recommend buying from them at all!

  I offered a full refund if they shipped the item back. They stated they lived in the Bahamas and could'nt ship it back since they used a mail forwarding service. They wanted a partial refund on the item they claimed was damaged. I said no. Please open a return. They said horrible service and left this negative feedback instead. And as I type this I now see they want to open a return and I have approved it. We shall see if they actually return it. Also, anyone want to read the messages from her?
