  The shipping and presentation of this item could be significantly improved. For such an expensive product (1,800), I was surprised it was sent without proper protective packaging such as bubble wrap or cushioning. The lack of protection was concerning, given the value and fragility. Additionally, the item could have been presented better with a simple surface cleaning before shipping. While the product itself works as expected, the shipping and condition upon arrival left much to be desired

  This Mac Studio was cleaned, properly packed with bubble wrap, and secured in a strong box prior to shipment. You left out the detail that you used a third party shipping company (2/5 stars and terrible reviews on Google) to ship this over seas. We trust FedEx to handle our shipments, and if there are ever any complaints about how the package or item arrives, we are happy to help out. We don't know how this package was handled once it left the hands of FedEx. It's a miracle it even showed up.
