  I had ordered a "Precise Open Speculum Anal Spreader Dilator Mirror Plug." It arrived on time, in good condition, and it was of good quality. But its 95mm high prongs or bills, were too short to reach my anus, so it was useless as a plug. I didn't have to try it because I have a similar item whose 90mm high prongs didn't work. Shipping to return it would cost too much, so I negotiated with Brthorse to refund 40% of the price, which he readily paid. It was a pleasure doing business with him.
