Packaging was great - this dress was placed in a clear cellophane bag before going in the outer shipping envelope, as if purchasing new fromm the store!   I received a great price on a lovely item. The shipping cost was reasonable, and the cardigan I bought was packaged well. My only qualm is a hole in the sweater and a loose yarn, both in two different places and neither of which were mentioned in the description. They are pictured below.
