  Seller sent jacket and it was nothing like the photo she sent or the description. I requested refund and included photos. Seller replied and stated that was not the jacket she sent. She claimed the color was off. I replied that is the jacket you sent. I can’t believe you do not recognize your own jacket that you sent! I sent two photos which clearly show that is the jacket she sent. Very disappointed and what a crazy response. She also stated there is nothing wrong with the jacket. Speechless!
