Took pics, Notified Company and they IMMEDIATELY shipped out a replacement product. Product arrived a few days later and was JUST like Mopar Oem. Fit PERFECTLY on a 2015 Ram 2500 Highly recommend, And will definitely be doing more business with them.

Packaging was less then great have it on my bumper stand trying to get it back to its form. box would have been nice but not sure if that puts it in a different catorgy for over sized. Was a nice product after its going back to its form. Will buy from again, Just a little more info would be nice.
