  Like new, open box is correct. The lg s55t sound system I ordered came in the original packaging. Some of the cords, mainly power cords, were wrapped with scotch tape and the foam wrap for the subwoofer was placed on it and not wrapped around it, but there is no damage and everything seems to be working as it should. My biggest issue isn't with the seller but with USPS, didn't tell me it's going to arrive two weeks before it actually does. #firethepostmastergeneral

  Thank you for your review! Sorry you had a problem with USPS (a lot of that lately). I fully tested the unit so that's why the contents weren't totally wrapped. I did order a cord that was missing to make it complete. I hope you enjoy it and thanks again.
