  The delivery was well documented. Sadly, though, the base was damaged on arrival. I signed for package, saying unopened (FRAGILE labels clearly visible). On notification of the problem, I was assured that a replacement would be sent out at no additional cost to me, however that meant that the item (a 90th birthday gift) could not be done on time as it took a few more days for second package . A slightly disappointing process but hoping that the birdbath will be robust going forward.
