    BUYER BEWARE. Synthetic polyester resin with a fresh, modern extant insect inside. NOT REAL AMBER. No matter how much evidence I would send him he refuses to acknowledge. When the resin was sanded down a VERY strong synthetic plastic smell was evident, not a natural Plant Product. As the beetle's leg was sanded through, a fresh insect is obvious; moisture, muscles still present. NOT fossilized. A hole on the beetles back and through its body showing that a metallic pin was used by human.

Clear muscle detail is normal in Burmite because resin chemistry halts decay (Ross 2019). Buyer sanded the piece, creating new odors and voiding returns. No expert authenticates amber by smell or surface color alone. This specimen is genuine 99-million-year-old Burmese amber. Feedback claims contradict amber proven science. Buyer admitted to no previous knowledge of Burmite
