  The level of customer service that I received from Bustoff, LLC absolutely exceeded my expectations. I contacted their customer service team about an issue I encountered with an item that I purchased. They acted "VERY PROMPTLY" by providing me with, not only, a "VERY SATISFYING" resolution.   I am happy with the product; it is as described on eBay. The packaging was very good as the laptop was well protected. The shipping didn't take a long time.
