  The muck on the glass was on the inside, which means the matt and photo were also dirty. So it cost a lot to repair. If you ran a finger or nail on the glass, you would have known that it was inside and not just a job for windex. In the photos it is difficult because of reflections, but you can see the lines of dirt that were on the inside of the glass. The frame was okay and the print was cleaned by a professional.

  No communication from buyer about any problems ... I gladly accept returns ...I accepted an offer as well from this buyer...And the buyer forgot her apartment number on her address and I was charged $27 from UPS to correct her mistake
