His purchase came during the window before it shutdown •Instead of canceling, we photographed the coat and shipped it as we left for vacation •Buyer said, we “catfished him” when eBay emailed him that our response time might be delayed as we were on vacation •The buyer told us “I’m an AI” when we spoke •He damaged the coat we sent him (he thought the size label wasn’t enough for the return) •He demanded we return early from vacation to handle his return
