  This was a bad experience, and it is my fault for not checking that the seller was located in BC Canada while I am in SE of the US. The item is still on its way, meandering through the snail paced postal services of Canada and the US. It will arrive about a week late, or with an excessive three weeks lead-time. For $30 more I could have gotten a brand new one with a 1 week lead-time from a US based parts reseller. It is a bad logistical experience which is my fault.
