  Love molds. Great quality. packaged well. But hate to complain the shipping is too long and seller should fix issue. Communication happens but not accurate keeps saying shipping this week but nope. I put positive because they are good molds

  This mold was ordered and paid! Seller said item was ready to ship as per the listing and printed a shipping label but 8 days later still had not shipped the package! We asked for a refund since we could no longer use the item but we lost $20.00 in shipping even though the package was never shipped. We didn't receive any communication from the seller! Very unprofessional!

  I purchased this 14” tall mushroom mould on may 7th, the listing stated to allow 2 weeks to finish the mould. I received no updates from the eBay seller after the purchase and I waited until may 26 to ask about when it would be shipped, the seller stated he needed one more week to finish, it is now June 4 with no updates or communication from them and I received a refund. Disappointing experience.

  Seller said 4 weeks to ship the mold. Seller has no communication and will not respond to messages. Had to request for a refund after 8 weeks. Would avoid this seller. Wasted two months waiting for the mold. Would have had no problem waiting if the seller would have responded to messages and kept me informed of any setbacks.
