  I placed this order for cabs along with another . This order was created but the seller can’t seem To understand that the other order never arrived

  It was a very unusual situation when 2 Buyers placed the orders with the same last name Anderson.Yes orders was switches and was sended to a wrong addresses. Immediately i was send a correct order and did not ask for returning.In jewelry business we try to trust each other.And now Buyer has 2 order and one is not belong to him!

  Revised- I have provided screenshots of both orders I placed showing the orders were supposed to be sent to the same address. Received the order containing two sizes of rounds and the pear shaped baltic amber. i paid $145.49 the order number was 09-13223-73702. i am happy with it. However this order 17-13237-02922 was marked to be sent to the same address (screenshot provided) i did not receive. i am having a hard time getting the seller to check the screen shots i sent.
