  Item arrived on time well packaged & good condition however, the description stated to just plug in & play but you have to download an app & if the app is not compatable with the phone as in my case then it doesn't work which i informed the seller about. They were very helpful in trying to resolve this issue but still not resolved however item works on 1 of my i pads hence why i'm not sending it back & only giving 4 stars for item description however i recommend this sellers good service

  Good seller. Unfortunately courier let me down changing the days of delivery three times, but that is not the sellers fault. Item well packaged and in good condition. Value for money. I am happy with my purchase. I Highly recommend this seller. Thanks very much!

  This dog coat is of poor quality it has a faulty zip also it is a very small medium .it came wrapped in tiny small plastic packaging .also took over a week to arrive .I contacted the seller to say I was returning the coat and would like a refund 2 days ago .no reply as yet .very disappointed this time .I shop a lot on eBay .
