This vendor is a scamper, I purchased the T195523 Shimadzu TOC-L system and paid it through eBay. He called me and asking me to wire the money directly to him and through eBay and I refused to be part of his scamp. Then he cancelled my order and lied about the reason for canceling it. I will be talking with eBay about it.
