  Crystal Rose arrived yesterday, & she's GORGEOUS. Sadly, a few of her porcelain roses broke off her headdress. I was able to glue them back on & I let the ministry know they broke off due to her not being secured properly in the box (not enough cushioning) & asked that dolls like this be better protected against damage, & they assured me they'd work to improve packing techniques. That's all I ask. This charity is great, & I'd absolutely buy from them again. Perfect communication & great people!
