  We offered to refund your full purchase price but you declined, if you're not happy with the watch Why not return it for a full refund?? You asked for money back and then threatened to leave negative feedback. Why don't you post the pictures of the Factory Bell & Ross warranty card and the reverse sides of the strap to show the condition. We have been around since 1969 and stand behind everything we sell, customer could have easily returned the watch for a full refund if not 100% satisfied
