  This arrived in a box of what I would characterize as garbage paper. It was with a little bit of bubble wrap. There was 4 inches of empty space in the box therefore it bounced around and I think the heavy music box broke the angel. The seller did not know return policies, but took the time to look them up and make sure that I was completely refunded for the box of broken porcelain that I received. So I feel like that is a positive thing. I think they probably learned a great deal from this.
