  Part is new but one of the strips came damaged. Most likely it was damaged during shipping. Seller should use more sturdy boxes.

  The part works like a champ.it took time to remove the old starter but once I got it out the new one went in perfect. The car started rite up and my wife so happy now she can drive her car and not get rides and walk to and from work she can go visite her friends run arrins while im at work .
