  Shipping was good, Packing was nice, the cloak itself was well made and has a nice feel to the texture of it, the only error was a bobby pin holding one of the stringed latches because of it breaking off in seller's hands. regardless, the aesthetic was fixed by removing the bobby pinned one and simply ripping the other latch off and keeping the top stringed latches.
