  Item not received as seller never sent it. The tracking number he provided shows no package found (tracking: RL160636636PT). When I asked for proof of sending the package or a receipt from the post office, he sent me a receipt from his physical therapy session. I then asked him to cancel the order and issue a refund, he said he did, but I received a message saying the order could not be cancelled because of an issue with the refund. This very much feels like a scam! Beware buyers!!

  Once again,I apologize for the inconvenience, but as I explained, there was a mistake in validating two orders for the same product, which led to a change in tracking and I promptly committed to sending the product on the next business day,but as the Sir prefer, request for refund was made, which is issued by ebay. Don't worry,your money will be refunded.To date, there's never been any complaint of this kind, and we will do everything we can to ensure that the error doesn't happen again. Thanks
