  Do not buy anything from this retailer the ship you the wrong item and not make it right cost me $640. They acknowledge us the wrong item but have taken no action to rectify the situation. Stay away from this eBay seller.

  I ordered a multimedia player for my Mercedes spent over $600 with this seller. They sent me the wrong item. It’s totally useless will not work with my car. They’re not responsive. They’re not trying to do anything to make it right. They have acknowledged in communication, communication that they sent the wrong unit. I do not recommend this firm. Do not spend your money here they are not reputable and do not stand behind their errors for their product. Again, warning do not buy from this firm.

  SO FAR SO GREAT APPRECIATE THE PROCESS CUSTOMER SERVICE WASN’T BAD JUST TAKES TIME WHEN YOUR IN DIFF COUNTRIES. The unit has been flawless after an installation by myself. Will update with the time passing but great so far!!!!
