The item arrived at the beginning of the delivery window, just ten days after purchase and posting. All in all, excellent service.

  As advertised was well packaged but USPS managed to break the stud on the mixing chamber. I contacted the vendor and he is sending another burner assembly to replace the damaged one. The vendor is very helpful and good to deal with

  Even though the part came in broken, I appreciate that the seller replied and refunded me within 2 hours. I cannot fault the seller at all, they did a fantastic job of trying to package the product very well. Sadly the USPS I believe is at fault. I would recommend if it's possible as I'm fairly new to ebay perhaps offering another shipping option such as UPS for an extra cost? Thank you again
