  It took multiple attempts over a month to hear back from the seller, and I only found out then that there had been a mailing issue affecting many of their orders, including mine. I do wish they had communicated this proactively, as I was left in the dark for quite a while. Once they did respond, they were responsive and shipped my item quickly. I received it about five weeks after placing the order. Items were as described. I will shop here again and think delays will be a one time deal.
