  No condition appears brand new. I really appreciate the packaging. It took extra effort to add in the little thank you card business card it was and then it was in a hot pink packaging and I kinda like that despite it not being 100% eco-friendly packaging. However, everything appeared not damaged. I look forward to opening it up once I buy some crocs.

  The backpack I received was of very low quality and did not match the description or photos in the listing. The material feels cheap and flimsy, and the stitching appears it will come apart any moment. This product is not suitable for kids to carry to school. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this seller based on my experience.
