Box was communicated upon purchase in messages that it had 12 packs with a promo pack and the cards were thick and as stated 1-2 per packs.This is fairly normal for CCG or even thick hobby cards such as sports cards as it is quality over quantity. Once again, messaging via ebay is free and it doesn't hurt to ask if uncertain. We appreciate your support for our local ma & pa store
