  Seller agreed to combine shipping. I place the order expecting a refund for the shipping. I receive the items quickly. Seller issued a second invoice for another set of items at the discounted price. Seller does not accept messages so I am unable to resolve the issue with him and eBay is useless.

  Seller agrees to combine shipping. I placed the order expecting a refund for the difference in shipping. I already receive the iron items quickly however, I did not get a refund for the difference in shipping. The seller sent me a second invoice with the discounted prices even though I’ve already received items. Seller does not accept messages. I’m unable to resolve with issue with him and eBay is useless so I paid $28 for shipping for a four dollar item.
