    Item was not new. It was refurbished and has refurbished stickers and not original packaging or paperwork. Feel like I was bait and switched with false advertising. "package came from Dell that way, we didn't know." so I guess give them the benefit of the doubt? It is in good working condition and price is good but it feels a bit disingenuous. Yes we can return it for 30 days st our own expense. Hoping it lasts and no problems. Being told it has a full warranty but unsure now to enable it.

    Ordered 2 - shipped one. Had to wrestle for a complete credit. Got it but was not so smooth. Shipping costs were outrageous. I got the same phone shipped for 9.00 from another source.

    There was an error in the listing and the buyer was immediately refunded in full for the second unit that did not ship. We did our best to reason with the buyer and apologized for the issue encountered.
