  Unfortunate, the seller never delivered this item, neither replied the messages that I sent to him/her to find out the status of my order. This unexpected way of conducting business, as well as the lack of communication on his/her side, made me feel disappointed, since I had bought once from this seller and that transaction was positive. I contacted eBay who completely agreed with me. eBay reimbursed me in full for this transaction.

  Careless, Unprofessional seller sent wrong lamp globe. small damage to the other. no bulb even. tried to contact multiple times. no response at all. Spent $112 for not what i ordered. would never purchase from this seller again. one of the worst ebay experiences i have had. was quick to take payment slow to send out and does not care about buyer at all. would not recommend. with all this Could have sent order back, but not worth the hassle at this point. Ridiculous. terrible seller. careless.

  HORRIBLE!!! After shipping me the incorrect item I tried contacting them on five different occasions over a period of 5 days. Seller refused to reply to me or issue a refund. Had to get eBay involved just to get a return label and refund. Even after that still never heard from them. This item was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. Buyer beware!!!
