  A little mix up with sending the wrong model by mistake, but the seller was communicative and quickly and attentively resolved the issue sending the right camera right away. They also sent a prepaid return label for the wrong product. Really great customer service

  Unfortunately I received the wrong item but the seller went above & beyond to make things right. After opening my order I noticed I received a camera which was different then the one I ordered. The cameras look identical but the one I received will not work with my DVR. The seller emailed me back with a refund shortly after I contacted them which means a lot to me. I understand mistakes happen but it's what you do with the mistake that means everything. This seller was great !!!

  You can trust this seller…packed well too. You could tell the box went through utter hell; crushed…corner torn. But it was well protected inside and no damage to the product whatsoever. Initiated the shipping quickly and it came in the earliest day in estimated date range. Overall…more than satisfied; absolutely amazed and will be looking for the opportunity to purchase from this seller again 👍👍
