  Buyer beware!!! Did not say it was a locked so my friend could not use it. I never even heard of a locked SIM card before even the girl at the mobile kiosk was confused when she told me it was locked I heard of locked phones when buying them from stores like bell or Telus where the SIM card has to be from the store you got it at.
