The speaker crackles and breaks up when talking on the phone. I returned the broken phone and they refused to refund me. They said that " Some phones do that , and some don't". I didn't buy an "Excellent Refurbished" phone with a "One Year Warranty" for it not to work. They did not honor their end of the deal

I asked if I could purchase a replacement so that I could transfer all of my data before return it. They said yes, and they would refund me when they receive the defective phone. After purchasing another and returning the broken one they refused to refund me. Scott said that they checked it and it was okay, that some phones do that and some don't. I didn't a phone for it not to work.
