Seller didn't update shipping status until I texted him asking about if he ship it or not. He answered that he shipped it but no tracking number. On March 31 I opened a case because my shipment didn't arrive. The seller responded after 3 days from opening the case that the address is not complete and they couldn't deliver it. Then he update he tracking number as UPS.
