This was in use in our home theatre until just recently. We had it connected to a subwoofer and two sets of speakers. We experienced no problems with the subwoofer port and the menus. Had we been asked for help, we would have recommended accessing a user manual online and performing a factory reset. Also, our listing did not state this was under manufacturer warranty.
