  The condition is good and clean but the subwoofer port doesn’t work and can’t get the setup menu display on tv .I have tried multiple tv’s Now the all state warranty states covered under manufacturer warranty which it’s not so they don’t want help

  The buyer did not reach out to us prior to leaving feedback, so we never refused to help them. This was in use in our home theatre until just recently. We had it connected to a subwoofer and two sets of speakers. We experienced no problems with the subwoofer port and the menus. Had we been asked for help, we would have recommended accessing a user manual online and performing a factory reset. Also, our listing did not state this was under manufacturer warranty.
