  I notified the buyer about the wear on the label before hand and asked if they wanted to cancel, I told them they can contact me once they received the item if they were still unsatisfied and I would comp the item/label. Nothing here was deceptive and they had the option to cancel. And refund it yet they are choosing to keep the item and leave negative feedback.
