  Arrived well boxed and in perfect condition. Great quality and value for money. I purchased 18 of these overall and I'm not disappointed with them. My only issue would be that one box held at post office I had to pay and extra £3 odd for and the company didn't return the postage to me. They didn't offer so I asked but nothing from them. They are investigating with royal mail so anyone buying shouldn't have the same issue. I would still defo recommend the company and the product.

  DE'LONGHI Pinguino PAC EXI20 arrived quickly, very well packaged and exactly as described. Works great and in perfect condition not quite worth the high price, but still a quality product and great overall experience. Recommended seller!
