  There was no manuel, one of the pet tools was not included and the hose had NO suction. Thanks to You Tube I was able to pull the machine apart and found a large clog, which once removed restored the suction in the hose. I so regret this purchase, but I guess I'm stuck.

  I'm sorry to hear there was an issue, the hoses do get washed and tested twice, so it must have been a small clog that was missed. It was an honest mistake, it was not done intentionally, my apologies. Not sure if a negative feedback was appropriate, I'm only human. Only what is shown in the listing is included in the order. Assuming items not shown would be included was on you. Please be a little more forgiving with a small business, we truly do our best.

  Seller was really helpful. They answered my questions in a timely manner and was able to give me an attachment for free. The vacuum is in great condition. Like-new. The packaging was nicely done as well. Was delivered without a scratch on it. All in all a great experience.
