  Item was brand new, not dirty, and very clean. The item you received was item in picture. If you had an issue, you should have reached out first to discuss your unsatisfactory before leaving feedback. I would have happily worked with you. You did not message me nor send me any pictures in regards to these claims. Instead of automatically leaving negative feedback with no communication is quite unprofessional. You should have contacted me to work out a solution with verifiable proof to such claim
