  The item I received was not the item that was described; I notified the seller the day I received the incorrect item and have not had any response. I followed up with the seller today, requesting that they at least acknowledge my message. The item described was BAC408 but the item received was BAC458.   Backpack not as described. Listed in 'like new' condition. Found crumbs, coin, old 2018 ticket stub and marks inside bag. None of that is 'like new.' Seller stopped responding to reach a compromise. Wanted to inconvenience me by making me return it. Ebay was not helpful either. Also, ebay will automatically give positive feedback if you don't give your own so not sure I trust any reviews anymore. See pics. Highly unsatisfied.
