    Item did not arrive by date promised. This was a birthday gift to be combined with another gift which missed the birthday surprise. Very disappointed. I attempted to contact the seller twice. I was completely ignored. No attempt to return my messages. The item was still not even shipped, and it was passed delivery date. Delivery dates were then updated to match the actually delivery date it arrived. Sneaky and convenient.
