  Wrong item sent initially, but supplier “ bent over backwards “ to correct mistake as soon as notified ! Correct item sent immediately. We all make mistakes, it’s how they are dealt with that matters! Most honourable company to deal with!

  At first disappointed they sent a part not the same as the one pictured in their ad. Contacted seller who said they would check with a colleague. This person agreed I had been sent a lower specification item than one ordered and sent out the correct item within a few days. I'm pleased with the replacement item and their willingness to sort out the mistake quickly.
