I took the buyer's word for it, and issued an IMMEDIATE 100% refund. All the other items from the bag were new with positive feedback on ebay with no returns...Again, I took the buyer's word for it and refunded 100%, with an apology. This negative feedback at this point seems vengeful, but I offered immediate customer support & resolution. The buyer's username "Buy What I Don't Like" seems suspect, but it is what it is.
