  Seller sent the wrong card initially. I contacted them and showed them the wrong card and the apologized and promptly sent out the correct card. They also told me I could keep the incorrect card. Very impressed with how they handled it.

  False information sent by "Ebay Send" as to a delivery date and time caused frustration for both the seller and buyer. No fault of the seller. The item arrived in fine shape 4 days after notice of delivery and time was received from Ebay.
