I love jewellery and making it!....I began selling on eBay over 20 Years Ago, so my reputation is Long standing & I work Very hard to keep it. !!.....My first belief is Buying is an indulgence, a reward or treat, so it should ALWAYS be an enjoyable experience! .... If ANYTHING goes wrong in any way, I will ALWAYS do my utmost to make it perfect. (I am a longstanding buyer too!!).... I sell solid sterling silver jewellery (new & vintage), jewellery & craft findings, & so many things that I love and use myself! I really am a one woman band doing everything from buying, photographing, measuring, listing, packing, posting, stocking, messages etc. This is my PASSION!....... I like to keep prices low, but I am a stickler for quality.

    The photo I’ve attached is a 20mm toggle - and the giggle I received is much smaller than it, I found the measurements presented to embattle confusing and misleading. I did receive partial refund - apparently partial due to pay pal taking out the postage even though I paid postage within the purchase and I paid for return postage. Most unfortunate so the the seller is legitimate and was at all times very responsive .
